Platform access & account managementLogging in, resetting credentials, and managing user access.How do I log in to the Deezer Business admin platform?Simply go to admin.deezer-business.com and enter your username and password.I forgot my password. How can I log in again?Go to admin.deezer-business.com and click on "Forgot password." Just provide your email address to receive a new password creation link.Can multiple people use my account?Yes. You can invite as many users as you want to your account and set different permission levels for each user. When you subscribe, we assist you in setting up the desired organization. Simply provide us with the email addresses of the people involved.Is there a limit to the number of user accounts?No limits. You can create as many logins as you need for HQ teams, regional managers, local store teams, or external partners — each with the right role and level of access.I am not receiving automatic emails to create my credentials.You should receive automatic emails from noreply@deezer-business.com to create your credentials, either for a new registration or for forgotten passwords. If this is not the case, after checking your spam folder, please contact your IT department. The blockage is likely due to your company's firewalls. Managing your locations & programmingScheduling, real-time control, multi-location management, and platform structure.How far in advance can I plan my programming?You can schedule music and messages up to a year ahead, while still keeping the freedom to update or override them anytime.Can I change what's playing in real time?Yes. You can override your scheduled programming at any time, switch playlists, trigger an audio message, or adjust volume levels — all from your admin platform. What you won't be doing is picking individual tracks on demand, as you would with a consumer streaming service. Deezer for Professionals is a scheduling and broadcast platform: your music programs run from pre-built playlists and schedules, with flexibility to adjust them instantly.How do I manage multiple locations or teams?Our admin platform makes it easy. You can control every zone and venue from one dashboard. Set permissions, assign users, and define global or local playlists, depending on how your business runs.Can I mirror my company structure on the platform?Absolutely. You can recreate your own hierarchy, from groups and regions down to stores and zones, so the platform mirrors your organization and permissions perfectly.↑ Return to top 3. Equipment & connectivityPreparing for offline use, troubleshooting your device, and ordering new equipment.What should I do to prepare for offline use in my venues?Just make sure each device connects to the internet regularly to: Log in to the service Sync your latest playlists, schedules, and messages Download the audio for upcoming programming This is valid only for the Box. After that, your device can continue broadcasting smoothly, even if the connection becomes unstable or temporarily unavailable.My equipment (box or app) is no longer working. What should I do?First, check that your audio player is turned on. You should see a light on one side. Here is what to do if you encounter any of the following cases: The audio player is on, but no sound comes from your amplifier or speakerMake sure your amplifier/speaker is connected to the correct source. You can test by plugging your headphones or another speaker into the jack of the box/device linked to the app. If no sound is heard, contact us: we can perform additional remote checks or replace your box/device. You do not have the correct music programmingIf you are not responsible for this music programming, first contact the person in charge to verify the chosen schedule. If you programmed it yourself, it may be an error during the schedule editing or broadcast step. Make sure the correct schedule is associated with your equipment — go to "My schedules" and check the one selected. You are using Bluetooth and no sound comes from your speakerRestart both your app AND your Bluetooth speaker; this may resolve the issue. I need additional equipment.
