How do I manage my equipment?

On the Dashboard, in the section Broadcasting now, you can see an overview of all your devices (both box and app).

A color dot indicates the connection status of the device:

• Green: currently connected
• Orange: disconnected for less than 24 hours
• Red: disconnected for more than 24 hours
• Gray: never connected

You can also see the current track playing as well as the associated schedule for the device.

To see more details about a device, click on it. You will be able to access the current program, history, and other information such as the latest connections.

At the bottom of the dashboard, you can check how many of your devices are currently connected.

To get an overview of all your devices in list form, click on My Fleet, below Dashboard, from the dropdown menu. You can search your devices by reference number, organization, type (app or box), or tag.

Tags can help identify whether it's an app or a box, or where this device is located (e.g., Store app Valence).

Managing admin levels

Two admin levels can be assigned:

• Admin level: general access, an overview of all devices.

  For example: the headquarters of a retail brand has admin access and therefore an overview of all franchised stores. They can see in real-time which sites are connected and the associated music program.

• Sub-organizations: the various sites where sound is broadcast.

  For example: every manager of a franchised store will have sub-organization access. This means they will see only their own devices (box or app) and not those of other franchised stores.

At each level, it is possible to add as many users as desired. Users are the people who have access to the Deezer Business admin platform, either at the admin level or at the sub-organization level.

Lock a schedule

Admins have the ability to set up a music schedule for a sub-organization. The sub-organization will then see a "locked" schedule in its plan. They can choose to change the schedule, but they will not be able to edit it.
