These sound messages can be incorporated into your music program.For example: if your pool closes at 20:00, you can order a sound message from Deezer or upload your own sound message to announce the closing of your pool at 20:00.How do I upload a sound message?Go to Sound ambiance > My sound messages, then Add to catalog – this can be anything from music, to a message, or a jingle, in MP3 format.Make sure to correctly name the file so it is easy to find in the catalog.As a reminder, the catalog is accessible at the bottom of the Sound ambiance page or from the playlist editing section.How do I order a sound message?If you don't have a Sound Message/announcement yet, you can order one directly from the platform by clicking on Order a Sound Message (from the Dashboard or My sound messages). Our teams will produce the message for you based on your brief (text, voice type, background music, etc.).This service is an add-on feature. Campaigns vs Announcements: What's the difference?There are two options for scheduling your Sound Messages: Broadcast an announcement: your sound message is broadcast at a specific time and interrupts whichever track is playing. Create a campaign: your sound message is broadcast at a chosen time, but after the current track ends. A campaign can include repeats, meaning the message will be repeated at regular intervals. For example: You can choose that, between 18:00 and 20:00, the same sound message will be broadcast every 30 minutes (i.e., 4 times)To create a campaign: Click on Create a campaign or the + Choose the title and description for the campaign Select any repeat settings for your audio message Adjust the volume (louder or softer than the music) Click on Confirm Once created, you will find your campaign in My sound messages > My campaigns.Scheduling and broadcasting my sound messagesHow do I incorporate a campaign into a schedule?A sound message schedule is broadcast alongside your music program. Go to Schedule then Create a new schedule. Click on Message (Music corresponds to a musical schedule) Choose a name for the schedule. e.g., store closing Just like a musical schedule, you can either start from an empty schedule or copy a schedule, then click Save Add the desired campaigns or announcements to the schedule at the times you want. Save the schedule Broadcast your schedule by associating it with devices. You can then program a sound message schedule in addition to a music schedule As a reminder, a campaign is broadcast at the end of a track, while announcements are broadcast at the specific time chosen.To find your schedule, go to My Schedules: it will be marked with a different icon from your music schedules.
