• For the same sound everywhere on one system: one subscription does the job.
• For different ambiences in the same venue, you will need one subscription per zone.
• Multiple venues: each location needs its own subscription(s).

• App subscription — billed per music zone, with a set commitment period.
• Box subscription — includes a dedicated device for your sound system and a longer commitment.

For large or multi-zone networks, custom pricing is available. Availability and pricing can vary by country.

Both give you the same licensed music catalog and scheduling features.

You get access to Deezer's fully licensed professional catalog. Over 45,000+ tracks, cleared for public and commercial broadcasting and updated monthly with new releases. Pick from 120+ editorial playlists curated across genres, atmospheres, and occasions, generate AI-powered playlists by mood or business type, and upload your own music or audio spots alongside (as long as you own the rights).

Podcasts, Radio Stations, and Audiobooks are not available.

Yes. Deezer pairs a global catalog with rich local music curation across every major market, spotlighting local artists, genres, and playlists that resonate with your customers wherever they are. Wherever your locations are, your sound can feel like it belongs there.

Yes. The platform is fully multilingual, so each user can work in their preferred language: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, or Chinese.

Yes. Upload and schedule your own audio messages, promotions, or jingles directly into your programming — woven naturally into the music flow, not jarring interruptions. A fully branded sound atmosphere, from the first note to the last message.

Yes. Your Deezer for Professionals plan covers the rights to publicly broadcast and reproduce tracks from our professionally licensed catalog. You'll still need to handle public performance rights directly with your local collecting society (SACEM, GEMA, PRS, or equivalent), depending on your country's regulations.

Yes. Once your device has synced with the platform and cached the necessary content, it can keep the music playing even if the internet goes down — so your venue stays in tune, with no awkward silence during short connection drops. This works with the box only and in cases of emergency, not as a standard feature.

No worries. Deezer for Professionals keeps the music flowing. Content can buffer or store locally for a while, so playback continues smoothly even when your connection wavers, if you have the box.

Note: This is not a standard feature — you can't be always operating in offline mode.
